DAY 01 – ARRIVAL AND CITY TOUR IN CUSCO
Our transfer will greet you with a sign featuring the INFOCUSCO logo and your name. Depending on your arrival time, we will meet you at the airport parking lot and take you to your hotel in Cusco. There, we will provide recommendations, itinerary details, and, if needed, allow you to settle any outstanding balances. You will have time to get settled, drink some coca tea, rest, or have lunch before the City Tour in the afternoon.
Between 12:40 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., we will pick you up to begin the visit to the Koricancha Temple, where you will enjoy a guided explanation of approximately one hour. Afterward, we will explore the main archaeological sites around Cusco by vehicle: Sacsayhuamán, Q’enqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
We will finish the tour between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., dropping you off near the center of Cusco. Overnight at your selected hotel.
DAY 02 – MARAS, MORAY, SALINERAS & TEXTILES
We will coordinate your pickup from your hotel in Cusco to begin our tour. The first stop will be Chinchero, an Andean village where you will learn about the traditional process of handmade textile production.
Next, we will visit Moray, an impressive Inca agricultural center with concentric terraces designed for crop experimentation. Its peculiar structure generates temperature variations of up to 15°C between the top and the bottom.
Afterward, we will head to the Maras Salt Mines, located 7 km from Moray. This amazing complex consists of around 3,000 salt pools built on the mountainside. The naturally obtained salt is iodized for safe consumption.
We will finish the tour and return to Cusco, where we will drop you off near the main square. Overnight at your selected hotel.
DAY 03 – SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES
In the morning, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel to begin the journey. Our first stop will be Pisac, an impressive archaeological site located 50 minutes from Cusco.
Next, we will head to Urubamba for a buffet lunch before continuing to Ollantaytambo. There, we will visit its imposing archaeological complex, where you will enjoy spectacular views of the valley and Inca architecture.
Afterward, you will stay in Ollantaytambo to head to the train station and travel to Aguas Calientes. The train departs around 4:36 p.m., arriving at approximately 6:09 p.m.
In Aguas Calientes, a hotel representative will meet you, and later, the guide will contact you to coordinate the visit to Machu Picchu the following day.

DAY 04 – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
After coordinating with your guide, you will head together to the bus station to board the bus that will take you to Machu Picchu, a 30-minute ride. Upon arrival at the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, we will present your entry tickets and begin the guided tour of the citadel (depending on the selected circuit), which will last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
After the tour, you will have free time to take photos and, if you wish, request an optional video report. Then, you and your guide will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you can have lunch on your own while you wait for your return train.
The train departs at 4:12 p.m. toward Ollantaytambo, where you will connect with a bus back to Cusco. Depending on the season, a direct train may be assigned. Arrival in Cusco is expected around 8:20 p.m., with a transfer to your hotel.
IMPORTANT: Train schedules may vary depending on availability at the time of confirmation.
DAY 05 – AIRPORT TRANSFER
Depending on your flight time and prior coordination, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the airport. We remind you that, according to airline guidelines, passengers should arrive at least 2 hours before boarding.
